Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Execute Bench Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment activities, cultivating relationships with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients.
  • Meet regular targets independently in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
  • Identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites, sharing them with consultants.
  • Participate in client conference calls to grasp their business needs.
  • Proactively mobilize prospective consultants through networking and cold calling.
  • Create and maintain assignment track sheets in accordance with company standards and submit them to company executives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
  • Develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans.
  • Possess knowledge of various tax terms (1099, W2) and familiarity with US immigration laws (H1, Green Card, CPT/OPT).
  • Understand IT concepts and technologies.

Desired Profile:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Bench Sales.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets consistently.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for mobilizing prospective consultants.
  • Experience in placement of trained resources is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
  • Capability to develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans.
  • Knowledge of various tax terms (1099, W2).
  • Understanding of US immigration laws and processes (H1, Green Card, CPT/OPT).
  • Good understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
